nOps, Spot, and others charge a share of savings they produce — the percentage is not published, so you cannot calculate total cost upfront. Azure's AWS connector costs 1% of your entire AWS bill just for visibility. Vantage is rare with public tiers — but spend caps push large bills into quote negotiations.
