What do the price points mean?
Small is the smallest production-ready tier (~1–2 vCPU, 1–4 GB RAM, single node), Medium about 2–4 vCPU and 8 GB RAM, and HA the same medium size with a standby node for automatic failover. Exact specs and disk sizes vary by provider — see notes, so prices are indicative, not fully apples-to-apples. On serverless services (Neon) price depends on actual usage; the table shows a comparable fixed estimate.
